I ordered a Pet ID for more than one pet, but can’t design it?

My Pet’s Picture is BLACK in the preview?

If youre pet’s picture is black in the PREVIEW or when designing, we will need a new photo. Sometimes mobile browsers prevent photos from saving correctly. Please design the ID and manually send us the photo. You can email it to Email or upload it by Clicking Here.

My photo doesn’t appear?

This sometimes happens due to the size of the image. Try saving it as a smaller version or email it to and we can fix it. We’ll send it back within 24 hours.

My photo looks rotated on the preview?

Sometime different devices (iphone, computer, ipad) display photos differently. We have a team of Dog Artists that will inspect each ID before it ships and make sure it looks perfect. If we have any difficulties adjusting it, we will contact you within 24 hours.

Where do I enter my Redemption Code?

If you purchased a gift card, have a coupon, or designing a second ID, please visit our redemption area where you can enter your code. You can access it directly by clicking here.

Shipping Questions

I haven’t received my order?

If it’s been longer than 7 days, your order may be lost. We will be glad to send another ID and no cost, along with tracking. Let us know by clicking here.

When can I expect my order?

Each order is processed in 24 hours. We will print the order the very next day. We ship from California, most orders arrive in 3-5 business days. If you would like to track your order at any time, please feel free to contact us directly here.
