We print all IDs 24 hours from submission. We offer FREE USPS shipping that usually takes 5 to 7 days to arrive. If you would like we can upgrade your shipping and include tracking. Typically this would arrive in 2 days. For next day or Saturday delivery, please contact us and we will provide a fedex rate. 

You will get (1) Large Wallet Pet Identification ID and (3) Dog Collar IDs for $17.95 with FREE SHIPPING. 

If youre pet’s picture is black in the PREVIEW or when designing, we will need a new photo. Sometimes mobile browsers prevent photos from saving correctly. Please design the ID and manually send us the photo. You can email it to Email or upload it by Photo upload contact form.

This sometimes happens due to the size of the image. Try saving it as a smaller version or email it to info@mypetdmv.com and we can fix it. We’ll send it back within 24 hours.

Sometime different devices (iphone, computer, ipad) display photos differently. We have a team of Dog Artists that will inspect each ID before it ships and make sure it looks perfect. If we have any difficulties adjusting it, we will contact you within 24 hours.

No Worries! Just email us the photo as soon as you can. We rush each day to print all IDs in 24 hours. We’ll change your Pet ID photo as long as we receive it in time. 

Every Pet Drivers License tag comes with our one-year warranty. If your tag fades, breaks, gets chewed on by the cat, or is simply lost within one year of your order, we will send you a new one free of charge! Contact us for more information.

If you paid for tracking, you can track your package on the USPS website. If you don’t have your tracking number, email us and we’ll send it to you.

If you selected free USPS shipping, we don’t have tracking or any additional information about your order. Delivery typically takes 5 to 7 days once it ships. All orders ship from California.

If you choose free shipping, we ship via USPS First Class with no tracking. There is no way to track your package at any time if it doesn’t arrive.

If you choose paid tracking, we ship via USPS with tracking and you’ll receive a tracking number. If you don’t request tracking, we have no additional information about your package.
