MyPetDMV license IDs are used for novelty ID purposes only. HUMAN photos not allowed.

You will have the opportunity to design and proof your Pet Drivers License before it ships. Please make sure all corrections are made prior to clicking ‘Approve’. Any changes that are required after your submit, must be emailed to us within 24 hours.

We will re-print, making any necessary corrections and may have to send a replacement set if the original ID was sent out. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Each personalized pet id comes with an 100% one-year guarantee. If it fades, breaks, or is lost, email us and we will resend a new set.

MyPetDMV and Pet Drivers License is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Department of Motor Vehicles.

Any IDs created that do not contain a Pet’s photo, illegal, or Fake IDs, will be discarded WITHOUT a refund and forwarded to authorities. You can send a photo of a pet to replace the ‘human’ if required. We do not have the ability to provide refunds as we forward to local authorities to release any liability. You will have to contact your local authority and credit card company.

Each ID is custom made, orders print in 24-48 hours, shipping time is between 3-5 business days. Since this is a custom made product, please be sure to make sure the ID is correct as we do not excepts returns once the ID is printed and mailed.

We may fall in love with you pet’s photo and use the Pet ID in marketing material. Custom Pillows

Custom Pet Pillows are made for us by a third party manufacturing partner we work with. That partner prints your photo and then cuts, sews and stuffs each pillow to order.

Ships separately. Pillows ship on their own, separate from any ID order. If you buy a Pet ID and a pillow together, they will arrive in different packages, on different days, and may have separate tracking numbers.

Turnaround time. Typical turnaround is 7 to 14 days from the time your order is placed, due to the custom, made to order nature of this product. Delivery time is in addition to that production window, and peak holiday periods can run longer.

Please note: every pillow is created to the best of our ability based on the size you select, the photo you provide, and the limitations of the product itself. Minor variations in shape, outline, cut, seams, stuffing and color are normal on a made to order item and are not considered defects.

• Photo quality drives the result. Blurry, dark, low resolution or heavily filtered photos, or photos where your pet is small in the frame or partially cut off, will limit the finished pillow.
• We may crop, resize, rotate or lightly adjust your photo so that it works with the pillow shape.
• Smaller sizes carry less detail. Fine details such as whiskers, thin legs, tails, ear tips, collars and tags may be simplified or trimmed, especially on the smaller sizes.
• Printed colors may differ slightly from what you see on your screen.

Because each pillow is custom made, we are not able to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once production has started, including for size or likeness preference. The one year guarantee described above covers Pet ID cards and tags and does not apply to pillows. If your pillow arrives damaged or is materially different from what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
